This Privacy Policy applies to the Gymorph mobile application
("Application"), available on iOS and Android, developed by the Gymorph Team.
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information
in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect certain information automatically when you
download and use it, including:
- Your device's IP address and device model
- Usage data (clips recorded, lifts logged, features used, session duration)
- App settings (preferences, display options, notification settings)
- Operating system version (iOS / Android)
- Crash reports and diagnostic data for app stability
Content You Provide
What We Collect
- Short video clips (one second) you record within the app for your transformation reel
- Workout data including exercises, sets, reps, and weight
- Fitness goal selections and profile information
- Clip history and saved transformation reels
- Subscription and account information
- Feedback or support messages you send us
How We Use This Data
- To store your daily clips and stitch them into your transformation reel
- To track and display your lift logs, volume, and personal records
- To calculate and display your streak, calendar grid, and progress stats
- To troubleshoot technical issues and improve app performance

- To process and manage your subscription
Your Video Clips
Your Clips Are Private: We take your workout clips seriously. Your videos are:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Never sold to third parties
- Never shared publicly without your explicit permission
- Used only for building your personal transformation reel within the app
- Deletable at any time through the app settings or by contacting support
- Stored securely with industry-standard encryption
Workout Data
How We Use Your Fitness Data:
- Your lift logs, reps, and weight data are used solely to power your in-app progress tracking
- Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve app features and performance
- We do not use your workout data to identify you or track you across other services
- All data processing is encrypted and performed on secure infrastructure
- Your fitness data is never sold or shared with advertisers
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services to help operate and improve the application. These services may have access to anonymized or aggregated data only.
The Application uses the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat (for subscription management on iOS and Android)
- Apple Analytics / Firebase (for app performance monitoring)
- Crashlytics (for stability reporting and bug tracking)
- Cloud Storage Services (for clip and workout data backup and sync)
Platform-Specific Information
iOS (Apple App Store)
- Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and App Store account
- Apple may collect diagnostic and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy
- iCloud backup may include app data if enabled on your device
Android (Google Play Store)
- Subscriptions are managed through your Google account and Google Play
- Google may collect diagnostic and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy
- Google Drive backup may include app data if enabled on your device
Data Storage and Security
Local & Cloud Storage
- Your clips, workout history, and generated reels are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to the cloud for backup.
- We do not sell your clips, workout data, or personal information to third parties.
- All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.3).
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized
access, alteration, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure
servers, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method
of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
Opt-Out Rights
You may stop data collection at any time by:
- Uninstalling the application from your device
- Requesting account and data deletion via support (email below)
- Disabling analytics in the app settings
- Deleting individual clips or your entire history within the app
Data Retention
We retain user data as long as you use the app and maintain an active
account. If you delete the app, local data is removed from your device.
You can request complete deletion of any cloud-synced data by contacting
support. Clips, workout history, and transformation reels remain stored
until you explicitly delete them or request account deletion. Subscription
data is retained by the App Store or Google Play provider for billing
history in accordance with their policies.
Age Restrictions
Age Requirement: This app is intended for users aged 13
and older (or the minimum age required by law in your country). We do not
knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under
13. If you believe a minor under 13 has provided us with personal
information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to
delete such information.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access to your personal data, clips, and workout history
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data (including all clips and workout history)
- Objection to data processing
- Data portability (export your workout history)
- Restriction of processing

International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your
own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in
accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
California Privacy Rights

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what
personal information is collected, the right to delete personal
information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information.
We do not sell personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in
our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted on this
page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this
policy periodically. For significant changes affecting your clips or personal
information, we will notify you through the app or via email.
